To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council meetings held on 9 July 2024

To receive a report from the Ward Councillors.

To consider the applications for the current councillor vacancy and co-opt as per co-option policy.

Matters Arising:
Matters arising from previous minutes – unless an agenda item.

Correspondence:
To review and note the correspondence of consequence received since the last meeting – unless an agenda item.

Accounts/Financial:
1. To approve the Cashbook & bank reconciliation.
2. To note income received and ratify payments made and approval of invoices received.
3. To note the opening of the new interest-bearing bank account.

To receive any updates from the clerk.

Planning:
1. To review planning applications received from LPA since the last meeting.
2. To confirm any PC comments to be submitted to LPA including ratifying comments submitted since the last meeting under delegated power.
3. To note any LPA decisions notified to the PC.

Village maintenance:
To review the work of the volunteers in and around the parish.

Remembrance Day:
To resolve/not to purchase lamp post poppies & wreath

Annual Insurance:
To review the insurance quote and ensure adequate cover.

Highways:
To receive an update on highways issues.

Millennium Green:
1. To receive an update on scheduled works.
2. To receive an update on the volunteers.
3. To review the hedge cutting frequency.
4. To review the general maintenance of the MG.

1. To review costing of repainting the Fingerpost at Norley Lane junction
