1ApologiesFor council to accept apologies from members

2Declarations of Interest:Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests.  To declare any personal, pecuniary and/or prejudicial interests in items on the agenda and their nature. [Councillors with pecuniary and/or prejudicial interests must leave the room for the relevant items]

3Public Participation:Members of the public may comment or raise matters affecting the Parish.  (maximum 15 minutes total / 3 minutes per person) – [items raised will be noted, not discussed, unless within an existing agenda item]

4Minutes:To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council meetings held on 10th September 2024

5Ward Councillors:To receive a report from the Ward Councillors.

6Matters Arising:Matters arising from previous minutes – unless an agenda item.

7Correspondence:

To review and note the correspondence of consequence received since the last meeting – unless an agenda item.

8Accounts/Financial:

    1.To approve the Cashbook & bank reconciliation at 30.09.24

    2.To note income received and ratify payments made and approval of invoices received as per payment schedule.


9Clerks Report:To receive any updates from the clerk.

10Budget 2025-26To review the 1st pass budget for 2025-26 and discuss any further budget items/projects. Budget to be approved before setting the precept in January 2025.

11Financial Regulation:To review and amend or adopt the new 2024 Financial Regulations.

12Phone Box – Onston Lane:To review the refurbishment of the phone box on Onston Lane, and costings.

13Planning:

   1.To review planning applications received from LPA since the last meeting.

   2.To confirm any PC comments to be submitted to LPA including ratifying comments      submitted since the last meeting under delegated power. 

3.To note any LPA decisions notified to the PC.

14Annual Insurance:To note Annual Insurance renewal.

15Highways:To receive an update on highways issues.

16Millennium Green:1.To receive an update on scheduled works.

2.To receive an update on the volunteers.

17Asset Maintenance & Register:

    1.To receive an update on the work to the War Memorial.

    2.To receive an update on the painting of the Fingerpost (Norley Lane junction)

18Community Resilience Group:To receive an update. 

19Items for Next Meeting:Note items for inclusion on the next agenda.
